Individual Placement & Support (IPS) is an evidence based program, backed by years of research, which helps people with serious mental illnesses become gainfully employed. IPS supported employment assists consumers with finding jobs that meet their interest and skill level. Our Employment Specialists will meet with you and potential employers to find opportunities that are mutually beneficial. The Employment Specialists will provide direct assistance with educational and technical training and will work closely with our team of practitioners so that everyone is on the same page, working toward a successful work outcome for the consumer. Program eligibility is based on consumer choice, meaning consumers are not steered into any particular job, but are instead encouraged to work in positions open for anyone to apply to.
