Vanessa Watterson

Vanessa joined HHS in 2024 as an outpatient therapist. She graduated in 2022 with her Bachelor's in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and is anticipating her Master's in Clinical Psychology in the fall of 2025. Vanessa worked as a counseling intern at EIU counseling clinic, Hour House (CEAD), as well as a research, graduate, and departmental assistant at EIU. She leads anger management groups, provides individual and couples therapy, and has completed specific training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. In her spare time Vanessa enjoys reading, camping, gardening, and playing board games or cards with her husband and their 3 children.
